This blog is purely for my enjoyment.  It started as a way to document a crazy idea that's keeping us busy in a summer of social distancing.   We're trying recipes from around the world and documenting all the fun.

I'm a teacher, not a professional writer.  I will overuse words like so, but, just, and very.  So go easy on me, please.

Younes is the man behind the plan, and the lucky person who actually gets to eat the food, not just look at photos of it.
